How is soap made?

The technique used in MINNUA soaps is the traditional cold process technique. The main ingredient is olive oil, combined with other vegetable oils such as coconut oil, soya, wheat germ, calendula, rice, sweet almonds as well as shea and cocoa butter. In addition, pure essential oils and high quality fragrances are added, providing amazing properties and aroma.

 

Are MIN NUA soaps safe to use?

YES, all formulas have been analized and approved by a professional and registered in the European Cosmetic Products Portal (CPNP)

 

Can I use artisan soap on atopic skin?

Artisanal soaps are more natural than commercial soaps. They preserve the natural glycerin, helping to keep the skin more hydrated. They are softer and thanks to their manufacturing process they allow non-saponifiable oils to be part of the final product. So vegetable oils, herbs and essential oils provide all their extra benefit.

However, it is important to always read the ingredients first and check if you have an allergy to any of them. If you have sensitive skin, first test on a small part of your body for a few days.

 

Do you test on animals?
No, MIN NUA soaps are not tested on animals.

 

Do you use any animal products in your soaps?
No, all MIN NUA soaps are vegetable based and do not contain animal ingredients. 

 

Shipping
Preparation time
Usually orders are prepared the same day. The shipping time may vary depending on your country zone.

Tariffs and customs duties
Buyers will pay the applicable duties and customs duties. MIN NUA is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

 

Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@minnua.com and send your item to: skrogveien, 6 Harstad NO 9411.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: skrogveien, 6 Harstad NO 9411

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
